烧腊大聚会!!

几个月前在报章上看到了一篇烧鸭的食谱,很巧合,Sonia在那个时候分享烧鸭的食谱,手开始痒起来了,但是那时候我在这儿找不到麦芽糖,因此这个食谱我收藏起来。

上几个星期我到汉堡买到了一罐麦芽糖, 因此我决定试烤烧鸭。HK提议我们与大马留学生在星期六来个烧腊大聚会。他们听了后,开心极了。

 中午开始,我和HK开始先烤2只鸡及1公斤叉烧。过后,我们烤2只鸭及烧肉。我也准备了2碗自制辣椒及黄瓜。当他们抵达我们家,看到了这些食物,开始流口水了。

 我俩想不到我们第一次所做的烧鸭及烧鸡都非常成功。他们每个都超喜欢吃,结果所有的食物都被扫光了。

过后,他们还一起玩wii,开开心心地渡过了一个美好地星期六。:D

what recipe you use to roast the char siew? I still looking for a good Char siew recipe. Thanks.

Thanks for your crispy roasted duck recipe.

Actually I used the normal char siew recipe for marinate :
1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 teaspoon red colouring

but the most important is the pork. normally i used pork belly, but this few times i changed to use the meat from the shoulder part (有一层很肥的肥油在肉上),here called brateschulter.
