蛇年纳福年菜 - 捞生!

16。02。2013

坐了8个小时的火车,今早凌晨1点才抵达家,疲累极了及头疼。冲洗完毕,我不管三七二十一便立刻跳上床埋头大睡。

由于傍晚约了朋友们在A的家捞生,我俩便到巴刹随便买一些蔬菜,菇类,新鲜的三文鱼及捞生的材料便回家准备简单的火锅。这些份量可以让我俩吃3餐,很省时间及可以好好休息。Hurray。。。明天不用下厨。:D


人日,当然要捞生。。。下午,我俩躲在厨房将所有捞生的材料(红萝卜,白萝卜,青瓜,青葱,蛋,生菜,柚子)切成细丝及三文鱼切成一片片。我们也准备好它的酱(1汤匙蜜糖,1粒的柠檬汁,1汤匙橄榄油,1汤匙温水,少许盐及胡椒粉即可)及花生碎芝麻等。这种酱料比较fresh,如果你喜欢酸甜的味道,你不妨试试看。
 

大家 就开始以筷子将盘中的各式材料高高的夹起,一边夹高还要一边以英话说出祝福语。。。哈哈! 很开心的一场聚会。

建议可以用黄和红甜椒,再紫色的包菜。那么你的鱼生就色彩鲜艳了。酱的话,也可加苏梅酱。味道就更好。 Anyway, really salute you have such a passion in cooking home town food. Keep it up, :).

谢谢你的到访及建议,明年我会试试用你的食谱。在这儿居住很难找到大马食物,所以我俩必须自己煮大马的美食。 :D

Hehe, you are welcome. Actually I am in the U.S. I did a 鱼生 before (which my sister-in-law's mother-in-law taught me ~ I know long relationship). I do cook home food especially when I miss home. However, I did not add those details or decorations that you did, which impressed me a lot. So, Keep it up, :).
