家常便菜之三 - 梅汁鸡腿肉及四大天王!

简单而又容易煮的家常便菜-梅汁鸡腿肉。这道菜肴是从美味风采里所学。虽然这道菜肴不是什么山珍海味,但是我们觉得蛮满意及喜欢这道菜,因此在这儿与大家分享它的食谱。

梅汁鸡腿肉
材料: 250g 鸡腿肉
腌料:胡椒粉, 生抽及盐各少许
梅酱汁:3汤匙梅酱,1汤匙蚝油,1汤匙糖,少许麻油及5汤匙水

1)先将鸡腿肉去骨,后加腌料,腌半个小时。
2)放入鸡腿肉煎至金黄色至熟。
3)把梅汁拌匀后,倒入至鸡腿肉一起煮滚即可。


四大天王其实是我在梳邦工作的时候,同事们所介绍的其中一样美味的菜肴。我们每次到邦咯加喱鱼头的餐馆,我们大家都喜欢点这道四大天王。它是由臭豆,长豆,茄子及羊角豆所组成,然后与叁岜酱一起煮熟即可。至今我还蛮想念这道美味可口的四大天王。哈哈。。。它的名字蛮特别!!

Surprising Present!!

25.03.09(Wednesday)
Yahooooo..... I felt very very happy this evening because I received some surprising presents from my dear. When he arrived home after working, he just gave me the present - Wii sets and a cute toy! A new member in my collection. Haha...... Do you know why he gave me a present? The reason is I achieved good result in my studies last semester. hihi.... Thanks a lot my dear!

After dinner, he fixed everything and we played bowling, tennis, golf, boxing and yoga for an hour. Haha...this is much better than I thought! Quite tiring though, have to do more sport at home now since eating too much during this holiday. I checked my wii fit age and guess that, I am 38 years old! Have to work on this definitely. My goal is set to loosing 1 kg in 2 weeks, let's see if I could achieve.



Western Dinner 2 - Spargel (Asparagus) with Ham, Potatoes and Salat

It was snowing heavily this morning. When I woke up this morning, I felt so happy seeing the nice snowing view here and it made me happy for the whole day.

Since it is asparagus season here, we decided to try cooking it. Unlike those green ones usually found in Asian cuisine, asparagus sold here are normally white. However, they are the same species just that the white one are grown without sun light and taste more intensive. This evening we prepared the typical asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, baked potatoes and salat. Besides, PWei also cooked pumpkin, carrot and onion soup as a starter. The soup is very sweet and delicious, one should definitely try using organic vegetables when making soup, taste much better.

Western Dinner - Baked Peri-peri Spareribs

Tonight I prepared potato pancake (Reibekuchen) for dinner. I bought a packet Reibekuchenteig and added some onion and carrot before frying it. Potato pancakes are commonly associated with traditional Czech, Ukrainian, German and Polish cuisine, although other cuisines. This was the 1st time I fried potato pancake here.

Then, I also prepared some bread and Zucchini soup as starter. The main course is baked peri-peri spareribs with potato pancakes and salat. We enjoyed this dinner with rosé wine. Refering to Wikipedia, rosé was quite a delicate, dry wine, exemplified by Anjou rosé from the Loire. In fact the original claretwas a pale ('clairet') wine from Bordeaux that would probably now be described as a rosé. Weißherbst is a type of German rosé made from only one variety of grape. I like this type of wine very much!!

Dim sum time in Hamburg!!

This morning we went to Hamburg because we had an appointment at 2pm with my coursemates to have a karaoke session in a chinese restaurant. Before that, we had some dim sum for lunch. This restarant is near to the main trainstation in Hamburg. Just 3 min walking distance.

This was the 3rd time we have dim sum there. HK ordered 7 types of dim sum for both of us. HK likes to eat the prawn cheong fen, har gao, siew mai and char siew pao here. The price is also very reasonable, we paid before 4 Euro for one portion of cheong fun. Definitely will go again more often.

冬菇汁的猪肠粉!!

HK蛮喜欢吃猪肠粉,因此我煮了冬菇汁猪肠粉(这可能只有怡保才可以找到)。他从小到大就是喜欢吃冬菇汁的猪肠粉,因为他所住的地区有位时常骑着摩多卖冬菇汁猪肠粉的伯伯。

他放工回来后,他就帮忙我煮冬菇汁及煎猪肠粉而我就炸云吞,冬菇,茄子。。。不到一个半小时,我们就开始享受我们的晚餐!哈哈。。。


Salmon and Serrano Ham Bagel

昨天傍晚吃完晚餐后,我们三人一起步行向离我们家大概20-25分钟的Rewe和Lidl(超市)逛逛。为什么我们要步行到超市? 因为我们要减肥。其实住在Oldenburg,每个人都喜欢步行或骑脚车四处跑或上班。HK的同事们-医生,护士或教授们都步行或骑脚车上班。在这儿,很多上了年纪的人都喜欢在星期天傍晚散步到公园或市中心。所以这儿的老人都可以活到80岁以上。步行其实是蛮健康的运动!

逛了大概一个半小时,结果我们买了许多蔬菜及水果-草莓,葡萄及鲜橙。哈哈。。。我最喜欢春天,因为我们可以买很多便宜的草莓及樱桃。这个季节,我们喝最多果汁的时候,我们都喜欢搅鲜橙,草莓及奇异果汁来补充Vitamin C。

今天一大清晨,我陪HK去延长Visa。到家后,我们准备三文鱼及Serrano火腿Bagels做午餐。以下的照片就是我们所做出的成绩!!美味可口。。。yummy, yummy!


澳门式 - 非洲鸡

昨晚与HK看完《天天有食神》第二集后,梁先生所介绍的其中一道改良后的葡菜(Portugal Fusion) - 非洲鸡。我觉得非常容易煮,所以我就试一试。哈哈。。。它所出来的效果与大马的沙爹鸡大概相同。在此,分享它的食谱。先用慢火把鸡肉(我用鸡腿肉)煎5-10分钟。过后,放入少许油,蒜蓉,辣椒(搅碎)炒香。加入椰浆(我用牛奶及少许水)后,放入鸡肉焖大概10-15分钟。这道菜上桌前,加入少许盐,糖及胡椒粉做调味料。最后,一定要放花生(搅碎)。

Dim Sum!!

It was a sunny sunday and it seems that spring time will be coming soon! So happy that I can see some of the flower starting to blossom in my neighbour's garden. We prepared loh mei kei, siew mai and cheong fen for lunch. This time we added some prawn and char siew into cheong fen, taste more delicious! hihi....:p

After that I continue to write my assignment, this is my 1st time long and boring holidays!! So poor of me!!

营养丰富的早餐!

上个星期天,我们看了《天天有食神》之后,节目中所介绍的澳门(Macao)早餐-面包里有一片火腿肉及一片Cheese,然后沾上蛋液拿去煎。。。与法式面包(French toast)的做法一样。我看了之后,决定试一试,效果不错,蛮好吃。照片里所显示的是HK的面包-两片火腿肉及一片Cheese,因为他喜欢吃火腿肉。有时候,HK口里咬着一,两片火腿肉当小食吃。享受着这个早餐配上一杯白咖啡。。。yummy, yummy!! 这个食谱蛮简单,你们不妨试一试!!

家常便菜之二 - 阿查

下了一个下午的小雨,这个时候是最适合小睡的时刻。我觉的非常舒服,一边喝绿茶,一边吃Zebra Cake,躺在沙发上看书。哈哈。。。

傍晚,我准备了黄瓜阿查,炸南乳三层肉,煎鱼及清炒玻璃生菜。结果HK开始投诉,他的肥肉开始出来了,全是我的错。:p

黄瓜阿查的食谱:
材料:
1. 黄瓜(切丝)
2. 红萝卜(切丝)
3. 大葱(切丝)
4. 小辣椒
5. 蒜头茸少许
6. 花生碎
7. 芝麻少许

混合汁料:
1. 苹果醋 3汤匙
2. 泰国辣椒酱 3茶匙
3. 糖1汤匙
4. 盐半茶匙
5. 胡椒粉少许

大块面 (曼煎糕)

昨天下午,我觉的非常郁闷,因此我游览了Ohbin的Blog。我看到大块面的食谱,所以我决定试一试。吃了晚餐后,HK负责煎大块面,我喜欢吃比较多花生及粟米的曼煎糕,结果HK放很多花生及粟米。虽然它的外表不是很好看,但是它的味道和我们在怡保吃的一样,我们觉得蛮满意。非常谢谢Ohbin的食谱!

Zebra Cake - Mocha and Red Bean Taste

This evening after my fatburner class, I went home and prepared vegetarian foods for our dinner. I knew that HK and PWei will arrive home after work at 9.30pm. So I decided to bake a zebra cake with mocha and red bean taste. This is my 1st time trying this recipe.

Ingredients:
225g butter
1 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 1/4 cups cake flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon mocha powder
50g red bean paste

1. Use a mixer on medium-high speed and beat butter and sugar until fluffy and pale yellow, 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition and scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Add vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mixed flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir (or beat at low speed) about a third of the flour mixture into butter mixture.
4. Stir in half the milk just until blended. Stir in another third of the flour mixture, then remaining milk, followed by remaining flour.
5. Seperate the batter into two portions. Add in red bean paste into one and mocha powder into another.
6. Bake in a 200°C oven until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.

我的最爱 - 芋头糕

我们曾经在新年期间做过萝卜糕,由于我个人比较喜欢吃芋头糕。因此,HK及我做了两盘芋头糕。它的食谱与我们之前做的萝卜糕同样。这个食谱的味道蛮好吃,食谱我们有稍加调整。希望你们会喜欢!我们也有参考杂志的上食谱。

材料:
1. 芋头(切粒) 500g
2. 虾米 100g
3. 甜菜圃100g
4. 江瑶柱(切丝)50g
5. 葱头茸1汤匙

米浆:
1. 沾米粉300g
2. 粟粉1汤匙
3. 盐2茶匙及 幼糖1茶匙
4. 清水 3 cups

调味料:
1. 胡椒粉1茶匙
2. 五香粉1 茶匙
3. 麻油少许

做法:
1. 爆香A的材料,加入调味料炒香。
2. 米浆混合备用。
3. 倒入米浆及爆香的材料(先搅拌不然会沉淀),小火不停搅煮至浓稠,盛起倒入一个方形蒸盘,大火蒸30分钟即可。

Chicken Pie

After I underwent the light treatment for my allergy this morning, HK and I went for shopping to buy some new toy - mug for pie from Hema (a grocery minimarket from Holland).
I found this recipe from Ohbin. Thanks a lot! I tried to bake this chicken pie for our dinner. PWei made some salat and I made some bear, butterfly, elefant shaped breads and prepared a broccoli, potatoes and carrot soup. Share some photos with all of you!

Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken

这两个星期我感到非常的疲累,因为赶着完成我的IWK报告,所以我只好用黄姜饭的酱(ready mix)来煮黄姜饭。过后,我用了短短的半个小时也煮了一锅印度咖哩鸡。haha...简单又快的晚餐终于出来了!

这个假期,我还有两份报告- System of EU 和International Organisation and Management要赶完。时间流逝地非常的快,因此我一定要好好的利用时间完成我手上所有的功课及加倍努力的增强我的德语。我的德语老师要我们保持现有的水准,不然开学的时候,她将会给我们做一个小测验。哈哈。。。
